Alexandra West Doolan has created one-of-a-kind events in the party planning industry for more than ten years. As owner of “I Do” Weddings, Inc. she’s delighted brides in the most coveted Rhode Island and New England venues for the past five years.

As a designer in Newport, Alex became familiar with the “destination hospitality bag.” The bags she found for her clients were ordinary. In the summer of 2005, she delivered her own creation of “Rise & Shine” hangover kits to a client’s guests. The fun baskets were a huge hit!

She decided to expand her services into the party bag arena. Everyone who receives one of Alex’s bags is excited and finds the additions useful and informative in an unfamiliar town.

ADW Gift Bags and Design was established in September 2005.

Alex has won critical acclaim in the event planning industry, and she’s been featured in numerous publications such as Rhode Island Monthly, Elegant Bride, & Southern NE Weddings. She works hard to please her clients with exquisite ideas and service time after time.
